KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Nurses at Research Medical Center who worked alongside Celia Yap-Banago, the nurse who passed away from COVID-19 , say her death was preventable. "Celia was a wonderful nurse," said Cheryl Rodarmel, the chief nurse representative at Research.
