KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A woman is charged with killing a man Saturday night after beating him with a shovel and running over him with a Cadillac. Sasha Waloke, 32, is charged in Jackson County Court with second-degree murder, first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action.
