Josh Hawley sets up potential clash in GOP with coronavirus push

Hawley is one of the first Republicans to push a major add-on to Congress' already extraordinary relief effort, and he's fighting an uphill battle with his guarded colleagues. But the early maneuvering is a hint of the debate to come in what was once a budget-slashing party that must now weigh just how big to go in the face of a terrifying crisis.

In any bill Hawley writes 90% of the money will end up in the greedy hands of 10% of the people.

True but that could be said of every politician. They’re all in it for the money, we just hope to pick the less greedy ones.

^^^^ Especially the "headline-hungry" ones!

Will somebody in Hawley's hometown of Washington, DC. PLEASE give him a job so he'll resign and we can get a Senator who cares about Missouri in his place?

He'll be a lot happier never having to leave home and set foot in Fly-over Country again, and the People of Missouri will regain some representation in the Federal Government that the lost when this ass was elected!

Miles-long row of cars now waiting outside Florida food banks as demand for produce surges by 600 per cent and more than half-a-million residents file for unemployment. 500,000 UNEMPLOYED in Florida, alone.

Trump’s lying causing mass business firing. Winning!!!!

The best economy ever is brought to its knees with the masses seeking food panties after missing one check?

Maybe it wasn't the best economy ever.

Economy is good, people is what's bad. If you think I'm kidding just look at Byron Funkhouser. Mr Stands With A Hand Out pissing on those that make what he gets possible. Isn't that like getting a free meal then pissing on it instead of eating it?

If you're broke after one week then you're living way beyond your means and it those who keep doing such that has raised the prices on so many things Those stupid assholes that pay over asking prices for homes in Olathe are the very ones that can't afford such in the end but are the ones who cause real estate property taxes to skyrocket. Most people bad and stupid to boot.
