This is the result of a typically useless academic study and we talked about it earlier this week. HOWEVER . . . Here's the more upbeat MSM take on the topic that also merits consideration.
KCPD crime-fighting strategy sees success in first year
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For more than a year, the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department has used a new strategy in an effort to reduce crime. The risk-terrain model requires officers to take a closer look at their surroundings. Instead of putting as many resources as possible in just a small area, KCPD's initiative is more far reaching.
This doesn’t have anything to do with the police. The crime reduction is because our hood rats are hopelessly inept and complacent. They wouldn’t stand a chance in St. Louis or Baltimore.
ReplyDeleteDon’t have a record of a crime if the police don’t show up for hours. Don’t have a record of a crime if the police don’t take a report. Don’t have a crime statistic if the Prosecutor doesn’t charge.
ReplyDeletePetersucker doesn’t prosecute much of anything. Got to keep those hood rats on the street.
DeleteThe police don't show up. No police, no crime.
ReplyDeletePractically everything coming from KCPD is bullshit. Never buy into their reporting on anything.
ReplyDelete^^OK Boomer. Back to Matlock.
ReplyDelete^^ Ok junior. Back to the basement with gramps.
ReplyDeleteKCPD works for the state and that’s why they don’t do anything for the taxpayers, we pay their wages and everything else they have and despite that fact they spit in our faces by not doing anything for any of us.
ReplyDeleteKcpd can’t send one cop to your house when you get robbed. Fact; I was told that I had to provide pictures and serial numbers for everything stolen, bring it to them downtown and they might enter that information in a database in case someone wants to sell your stuff at a pawnshop. but they will send thirty cops sirens blaring to a murder scene, why is that?
ReplyDelete^^I don't know Maude, did you call them and ask them?
