2 men charged in connection to February Westport shooting
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two men face charges in a shooting in Westport that left one man dead and wounded four others. Christien Woody, 21, and Lavont Carter, 19, were charged in Jackson County Court with second degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon in connection to the Feb.
