KC Maintains Some Arts Funding but Eliminates Office of Culture and Creative Services - KC STUDIO

After weeks of uncertainty, the Kansas City Council on March 26 approved a budget that maintains the city's commitment to fund arts programs. Too bad. Open Spaces was very successful, proving that Kansas City isn’t just a bunch of mouth breathing inbreds. We are pretty culturally sophisticated.

@11:46 only claims Open Spaces was very successful because he plays with a musical group that had fifteen people show up - a new attendance record for them!
