    3. Haha good job getting white supremacists to turn on themselves with a 'lilly white shades only' test. Let's call it the typing paper test.

  2. So it wasn't another tow driver that was shot? The dude trying to take his car back got shot?

  3. You don't try to cheat a man out of his tow!

  5. This tow driver apparently CHASED AND SHOT AT someone who objected to their vehicle being impounded. The impound company is NOT above the law. They had NO business giving chase OR shooting. It took NO time at all for the county to charge the driver with multiple offenses. It's clear cut as it gets! Good work, Jean! Throw the BOOK at the guy! If it's the same people, this tow company is as seedy as they come. Check their Google reviews. Raytown HAD to be aware of all the issues with this company. Raytown is beyond negligent for allowing this company to represent the city at all, even on an interim basis. The tow company was running all over town telling peop!e that they were the "exclusive" company for Raytown PD. What a joke! I hope that the guy sues the SH*T out of Raytown as well as the tow company. The tow company guy endangered EVERYONE. What if one of his bullets had penetrated a house and killed your innocent child?!

    1. I had no idea you were present. You would make a great witness to the case. AKA- law 101 , an eyewitness is the worst witness. Especially when they are speculation based.

    2. Tell that to the prosecutor. Or did she file criminal charges "just because"?

  6. Well, if the prosecutors office would prosecute property crime, then maybe people wouldn't have to take matters into their own hands. People are stealing left and right without consequences. Homeless burglars get released on house arrest. I feel sorry for the tow truck driver.

    1. Nope. Still can't use lethal force to chase an old POS impound. An innocent person could have been killed. Think about what you're saying.

    1. Too harsh.
      More effective:
Jail time, a felony record and barred for life from weapons and firearms for the shooter.
The tow company needs to have its insurance cancelled, business closed, and the owners need to be barred from owning another tow business in the state for 20 years. (They're already on their SECOND tow business, perhaps to avoid a court judgement from the first.)
Protects the public and entertains the heck the rest of us that have been rear-ended by these outfits.
