In fact, across the Heartland this report reveals the 2nd Amendment is alive and well as other parts of the nation are fighting to keep gun shops open.

KCMO is probably one of the worst places in the U.S. to be when the shit really starts hitting the fan.

Good for Kansas; more than a few liberal governors have attempted to use the virus as an excuse to further their gun-control agenda.

Like it or not - as determined by the Supreme Court - the 2nd Amendment conveys the same power to individuals as does any other Constitutional amendment. Liberals who don't like private firearm ownership seek loopholes to try and curtail it . . . which leads me to think they would have no problem using the same tactics on the other 26.

It's a sleazy, authoritarian move. I could respect them (though not agree) if they sought to repeal the amendment itself. But, knowing that the public doesn't want that, they opt for underhanded and criminal state/local orders.

Look at the constant rise in thug based murder rates every year. A person would be a fool not to have a chance to protect his family, neighborhood and country. It's a jungle out there. Let the anti protection crowd perish first, they are good at learning lessons the hard way.

We'll need to start shooting all the sick negroes very soon.

Byron Funkhouser said...

We wouldn't have to repeal the Second Amendment if the Supreme Court had justices who knew how to read.

You have the right to a "well regulated" militia.

Gun owners, except hunters, are cowards.

I'm no coward Byron. I'll shoot any diseased negro I see! And maybe some of the healthy ones if they're all vectors for this.

The 1st amendment is for religious freedom only, you don’t get to talk so shut your pie hole bLIEron.

Typical gun dummy mentality. Always scared. As a sporting goods store owner, I love this pandemic. I’ve raised my prices considerably on guns and ammo. I always, always play to their fears as I take them for everything they’ve got. “ Hey, you know Biden’s going to outlaw firearms if he gets in”. “ you really need multiple guns during times like this”. “ you know there’s a shortage of .22 rounds right” The govt is hoarding it, I have to limit you “ As my stockroom is full of it. God it’s so easy to fleece them. Rember everybody, they’re coming for your guns!

Liar.^^^^^

You're full of shit. Obviously you're not a gun store owner or you would know prices aren't up. Probably never even been in a gun store.

One in six NYPD are out sick. When the police are too thin to respond to criminal behavior who you going to call? May never happen, but some want to be prepared. That's their right.

Same liar that typed they run international businesses in socialist countries, same constant liar that states they run apartment complexes for years and never a dead beat or missed renter , same liar that stated white people commit the most murders. Same person that always answer with fake expertise and years of experience. IN fact, the person has done nothing but type fantasy. Stupid enough to pretend they make money by actually supporting something they don't believe in. Yet, they didn't notice their support for their "enemy" by providing a product they don't believe in.Now that is a stupid fuck.

Buy American made guns n ammo. Fuck the Chinese.

9:16 next they’ll be asking criminals to stop committing crimes until the panda-demic (pandas are from China and they created the Kung fu flu) is over like that idiot black mayor in Houston did.

"Gun owners are cowards."
"Diversity is grand!"
Both spoken by Byron from the safety of his white southern enclave were there are plenty of guns and no black people. Next he will offer up his opinion on "How to Get a Job".

So much better to be a bullying Nazi punk than a mere coward.

I would bet that shithouser owns a gun.

Byron doesn’t have enough money to buy a gun. Will welfare fraud check barely gets him through the month as it is.

Byron, at the time the Amendments were written, the term "well regulated" meant what we would now call "well equipped", and the word "Militia" meant the entire Male Population not currently serving in the Military.

This entire matter is discussed at length in "The Federalist Papers, a book I would suggest you read through before making any attempts to interpret the Constitution.

What Bryon fails to mention as always is the real facts and they are.

Militia Act of 1903 This law repealed the Militia Acts of 1792 and designated the militia (per Title 10 of the U.S. Code, Section 311) as two classes: the Unorganized Militia, which included all able-bodied men between ages 17 and 45, and the Organized Militia, which included state militia (National Guard) units receiving federal support.

In the U.S. the unorganized militia is every able bodied man, technically it is now anybody within the age band but the law itself says man, between the ages of 15 or 18 and 45 or 50. The age band depends on which militia act you read with 15-45 being the original as well as the most recent one.

Many private militias are driven by the insurrection theory of the Second Amendment. Under this view, the Second Amendment grants an unconditional right to bear arms for SELF-DEFENSE and for rebellion against a tyrannical government—when a government turns oppressive, private citizens have a duty to "insurrect," or take up arms against it.

12:18 and 12:43 great information. But trying to teach a liberal is like pushing a rope, can't be done!

Anonymous said...

Dave fails to mention the largest "Private militia", consisting of the Veterans who will grab a Deer Rifle and blow a new butthole in any asshat attempting to overthrow the US Government!

"Against all Enemies, both Foreign AND DOMESTIC"!

Anonymous said...

1253 so what...nice red herring, still does not take away from the right to bear arms for every citizen.

Anonymous said...

^^Not sure why you'd be shooting for the butthole - all military know you aim center-mass...maybe you're gay and just like buttholes.

Byron’s mouth is like a baboon’s butthole.

Might I suggest a Maverick 88 shotgun loaded with 00 buckshot for home defense? The whole package runs $240, shells and all. Or you can upgrade to a Tec9, but those are kinda getto

I hear shooting the virus in self defense is an airtight strategy.

If you have money to buy guns then why do you need a stimulus check, or expanded unemployment?

What the hell do you think you're actually going to do with your stupid, little gun?

In a couple of months, you'll pawn it to buy groceries.

There are people in the USA that own WWII fighting aircraft. Even old restored tanks. Jeeps. Rare military cannons. Some even own working flamethrowers. Some private citizens even own and fly Korean war air jet fighters like the F-86. Or old B-17 bombers. some dude flew a B-29 over my house last year after the air show. You tell me someone couldnt reactivate the bombing capabilities on one someday?

I wouldnt worry about people owning hand held weapons and small arms. How about worrying about the next generation of rich guys that will own F-16 fighters for their fun and pleasure?

How many people have home Biology Labs?

The "B" of NBC seems to be where the real effectiveness is.
Through knowing what you get passing Freon through an open flame can be handy.

@3:06, take another look at #2 Buckshot instead of 00!
Sending 28 of those .25 caliber spheres out at twice the muzzle velocity of a .44 Magnum has its good points.
Unless, of course, you need effectiveness past 75 yards.

Byron said "In a couple of months, you'll pawn it to buy groceries."

Maybe.

Or they could just eat the gun...

I'm thinking it's possibly not such a bad purchase after all.
