Spring is usually prime home shopping season. But this year, sellers are reluctant to put their homes on the market.New listings for homes have fallen significantly, according to new data released by Zillow Thursday.The number of newly listed homes during the first week of April was down 27% compared to the same time a year ago, Zillow's analysis found.

Do your do diligence before you buy. I know what is going to happen .I won't make a comment about this on Tony's Kansas City. Do your research there is much information out there. Before you purchase any large ticket items as well .
