KCMO Health Department: As of April 30th, KCMO has recorded 543 positive COVID-19 cases and 15 deaths

KMBC: Kansas reported an increase of 500 confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number to 4,238 cases. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said there have been 129 deaths from the virus, up four since Wednesday. Health officials said 523 patients have been hospitalized.

KCTV5: According to the DHSS, there are now 7,562 COVID-19 cases in Missouri. There have been 329 deaths.

  4. Fools rush in where wise men fear to tread. But herd immunity takes a lot longer when everyone needs to contract a slightly lethal virus so the fittest can survive a problem than can't be avoided forever.
