Please help as I cannot find any answers to these questions:

Are high risk (chronic asthma) employees of an essential business (condiment plant) required to work while under Jackson County. Mo. stay at home order?

Wording in the order "urges" high risk employees to stay at home. Do they have any protections from losing job and insurance?

Thank you for any insight on this subject.

If you get this coronavirus, you will die.

Is your job more important than your life?

Tell your employer your concern. If he doesn't care, then you don't want to work there, anyway.
