KCTV5: The Kansas City Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened on Thursday night. According to police, the homicide happened just before 9 p.m. in the 600 block of NE 38th Street.
The area is near North Holmes Street.

15 residents die from COVID-19 and we've shut the City down, destroyed thousands of small businesses, caused massive unemployment, stressed the social safety net to it's limit, panicked the majority of residents, and seek to continue the stay-at-home order for as long as possible.
