Coronavirus Delays Kansas City Earnings Tax

An important reminder regarding this cowtown's most controversial tax . . .

"The earnings tax (sometimes referred to as “e-tax”) is a one percent tax on an individual’s earned income such as salaries, wages, commissions, tips and other compensation. To provide tax relief to those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, the due date for paying this year's e-tax has been extended to July 15, 2020."

Check the KCMO Tax page for even more deets & resources.

  12. Many people that work in Kansas CITY Missouri live in suburban towns and those are the many that are not working now. No more long drives into the City .Food banks in the Suburbs are busy. The Poor people will be O.k.THE RICH PEOPLE AND THE ONES prepared will do Just Fine. The Middle Class that wasn't prepared will be the ones that will have the hardest time. Remember the Poor are used to being poor .

  13. Too bad Dave Ramsey was laughed at in KC.
They will try to build the Trolly and ignore funding food pantries.
Always the mayors job to talk big and not help the poor.

1% earnings tax has never been successful in any American City. It’s designed to keep the poor down and taxes them disproportionately.
    Democrats are inherently racist.

Candace Owens is the answer. Google her.
