What Does 'State Of Emergency' Really Mean??? TKC Reader Alternative Take . . .

This one was sent our way and SIGNED . . . The message is reassuring and hopes to educate the public. At the very least, this is an interesting perspective to consider amid the dearth of local announcements as KCMO, Jackson County, Johnson County, Missouri & Kansas have all employed this "emergency" strategy . . .

In fairness, it should be noted that all of these emergency declarations have come with guidelines that prevent large gatherings and warnings concerning public health which do, in fact, impact the safety of residents.

However, the technical distinction contented is worth a look . . .

TKC Reader: Emergency Declaration

"I am a retired FEMA employee and want to point out just what an Emergency Declaration is and is not.

"It IS a legally necessary document and declaration which authorizes a chief executive, at every level of government, to undertake actions not normally allowed by law. It may, and usually does, authorize the expenditure of funds previously appropriated to meet urgent needs. It may also allow the expenditure of funds without the delay normally incurred through the routine appropriation process.

"It does NOT mean an emergency exists in the way a citizen would rationally conclude a threat or emergency applies to them or their family.

"It is sad that no one in the media has taken an interest in clearly educating the public about the legal, versus actual, meaning oif this term."

You decide . . .

  1. He's 100% correct about the mechanism but not about what it means for the average person who hears it and how they'll react. Governments can use subtext just like any author.

  2. The person who wrote that is correct for the common lay person it means very little and is meant more as a move to free up federal and state ability to spend money as needed.

  8. 7:03 I asked some dude at the grocery store who was in a panic by the way, because he’d been to multiple stores looking for toilet paper what the big deal was and he said he was getting it because everybody else was, no rationale behind it, just because everybody else was.

Every time I watch Dotard speak, I'm embarrassed for him.

It's painful to watch such a stuttering fool, but even more painful to watch everyone on stage try their best to stick their noses up his ass.

We need a real President, not this dangerous sociopath.

You don't even have a fact to argue just babbling hatred for something you can't even explain. Did you not hear what he is doing for the people it's pretty fantastic that he has everyone in mind as per their jobs, finances, and lifted restrictions on doctors and hospitals. YOU ARE SCUM and have NO ARGUMENT UNBELIEVABLE! GET ON SOME MEDS MORON!

  13. JUST THE FACTS MA'AM

Q: Two months before the Coronavirus emerged in Wuhan China, what activity took place in New York City?

A: On October 18 2019, a large group of public health, corporate, academic, United Nations, World Health Organization, etc., representatives attended an exercise in which a worldwide pandemic simulation was held. A war-game exercise, if you will.

What was the simulated pandemic the group worked through? A Coronavirus, of course!

Hosting the meeting, termed "Event 201", were Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
    Notes:
The last World Economic Forum at Davos Switzerland was held on January 21-24 2020. You were not invited, because you don't fly on a private jet while hyping the perils of Climate Change. Healthcare was one of 7 key topics.
    https://www.weforum.org/events/world-economic-forum-annual-meeting-2020#themes
On 3-13-20, Bill Gates announced he was leaving the boards of Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway to focus full-time on philanthropy and world diseases. No comment on his association with Jeffery Epstein.

Q: No matter how old you are, have you ever witnessed such wild gyrations in financial markets and rapid escalation to a national state of emergency?

A: The only thing that comes to mind is September 11, 2001. Interestingly, there is a parallel to that "event" and what is currently taking place. But, that's too detailed for now, and I don't want to lose you. At this point, I simply want you to THINK about the possibility that what you've been told/are being told about this pandemic may not be true. Other than what the media is telling you, what evidence do you have that there is a coronavirus pandemic sweeping the globe? Why might others have an interest in controlling your behavior? Do you trust the media? Fear and panic are very effective manipulative tools, correct?
    Please stay tuned.

  14. The virus does spread through human waste. Its in your digestive tract too. So there is a good case to make sure you do have toilet paper. Otherwise shower after each trip to the toilet with hot water and lots of soap. Use clorox when washing underwear.

It well know by med staff - but never mentioned on TV, that coronavirus can enter your anus, ears, mouth, eyes, nose or even trach-tube or feeding tube incisions.

Look at Italy- Thats the USA in 4 weeks.

Nah, no t/p needed. Planted Elephant Ears. By May, great big leaves to use.

Or, like my dog, sit on carpet and scoot.
