Judge orders temporary freeze of evictions in Jackson County
Jackson County Circuit Court Judge J. Dale Youngs issued an order barring evictions in the county until at least April 18 amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. KC Tenants, who pushed for the freeze, are pleased but remain leery of a flood of evictions later.

Just what landlords need, people not paying rent.
ReplyDeleteVote this judge out and in the meantime demand he be removed from the bench. Evictions need to still take place because you know as well as I do those about to be evicted are not staying home as they stay gone as much as possible avoiding the other bill collectors who are seeking to be paid.
