A suspect didn't want to come out of his house (can't blame him) but KCPD negotiated for hours and, eventually, the man surrendered without incident. Take a look:
Man arrested after standoff with police in Kansas City, Missouri
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man wanted in a narcotics and firearms investigation was arrested Wednesday after a police standoff. Officers went to a house about 2 p.m. in the 400 block of Hardesty Avenue in Northeast Kansas City, Missouri. The wanted man was inside the house and refused to come out, a police spokesman said.
We have a state of emergency in place. It would be fine to shoot him!
