KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A woman has been charged in the fatal shooting that took place outside of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department Central Patrol building in late February. Devon Nolan was shot and killed in front of a car with three children inside at 1200 Linwood Blvd. Deshonia S.

If all black women shunned criminals and shamed them - perhaps kids would grow up aspiring to never be a criminal. But they are so accepting of the hoods, have their kids, let them not marry them or even pay child support. If your a black woman try staying single, and having no kids for a while. Concentrate on a good career. Then you can get established and self sufficent then when you meet a good man you can start a family. But its your choice. Do as you please. If you want a miserable life (why would you) or a life that your grandmother disrespects (fornication, babies out of wedlock) just continue. "The poor will always be with us".
