Open letter: We find that it can sometimes be difficult to understand just how much struggle, sacrifice, and risk go into building a business, as well as the impact entrepreneurs have on the community. If it was such a good idea then why do they need to beg for money from the taxpayers? Sounds like a slush fund to me.

NO, not until Tara and her army of angry yellow shirts get the millions of free rent. Go KC Tenant. To hell with everyone else. Not to forget, Mayor Selfie already told Tara to go to hell. The ordinance isn't worth the paper is is printed on. But the ordinance would be good toilet paper
