A month ago - two days after the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl - I wrote an article suggesting that the team might be considering a contract that would pay Patrick Mahomes as much as $400 million. It was based on something Ian Rapoport had said on NFL Network.

ReplyDeleteYour home and water are the bare essentials to live and they are taxing you to death on these items. They are already taxing you a 1% earnings tax and 12% sales tax on your groceries, clothing, and dining.
You will not receive any additional street service (filling of potholes) or police protection, but rather more administrators and consultants will be hired plus you are funding the out of control City pension plans that are grossly underfunded due to excessive benefit payments.
Why do Jackson County citizens keep voting for Democrat legislators when all they do it take your money with higher taxes and higher water bills?
