KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Kansas City Public Schools will be closed on Friday, March 13 after KCMO declared a state of emergency earlier on Thursday. As the school noted, the schools were already set to be closed for spring break from Monday, March 16 through Monday, March 23.

Comments

  1. Most of the students are illiterate anyway. How are they going to get fed if they aren’t in school? Isn’t that the main purpose of KCPS?

  2. When will other schools follow?

Kids are germ carriers and will infect thousands.

    Cancel today or infect tomorrow.

    Olathe just cancelled.

    Smart leaders!
