Clay County commissioner beset by controversy will not run for another term
Clay County Commissioner Luann Ridgeway announced on Friday she will not seek another term. Ridgeway, in an email announcement, said she will serve out her current term as Clay County eastern commissioner, which concludes early next year. Elections for her seat will be held in an August primary and November general election.
Clay County taxpayers owe a debt of gratitude to Luann Ridgeway for twenty plus years of honorable and dedicated service in the Legislature and in Liberty.
ReplyDeleteNice post Luanne. Ridgeway is a criminal.
ReplyDeleteTwenty years sounds about right, provided she can't get any time off for "good behavior" (not that she was ever capable of that)!
ReplyDeleteAnd that photo is about twenty years old too!
ReplyDeleteTerm limited one place moved to another........
ReplyDeleteHope they count the petty cash before she's all the way out the door.
ReplyDeleteGene? We're waiting...
ReplyDeleteLuann: Do you really think that people haven't forgotten your stunts? Go away and give Clay County a chance to recover from all your bullshit. And take Gene with you.
ReplyDeleteThe clay county mob relishes this victory and what will replace the Nolte commission is more uninformed politicians. Stay tuned, incompetence will replace outright thievery. So I guess it will be better now in Clay.
ReplyDeleteNO MORE NOLTE!
ReplyDelete....and things were going so smoothly in the county.....
ReplyDeleteLock her up !
