(D-Mass.) recently told a progressive audience at Howard University that, “Public transit should be free.” This is just the latest call for free transit; the issue has been bubbling up around the country in the past few months, started in large part by some misreporting of events in Kansas City, Missouri.

Free bus. KC thugs will destroy them in less than a month. This is a bad plan and what's worse is that there's no money for it.
ReplyDeleteThe leadership isn't looking out for the best interests of the city, the city for which they are paid to look out for the best interests of. Yes the leader of the transit authority should be fired. The council members should be embarrassed. for misrepresenting both the finances of the city and the city as a whole. And Mayor Selfie should go take a selfie where the sun don't shine.
