Tesla Dumps Kansas City Country Club Plaza And Parks Closer To JoCo

Thankfully, they're still on the RIGHT SIDE of metro according to tough auto laws on electric car makers . . . Here's word of move and a tacit admission that this town's fancy entertainment district isn't more attractive than a bigger space next to more potential buyers. Read more:

Tesla closes store on Plaza, moves to new location on State Line Road

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Tesla has closed its store on the Country Club Plaza and moved to a different location on State Line Road. The new Tesla store has already opened at 10111 State Line Road in Kansas City, Missouri, according to its website. The State Line Shopping Center location includes both sales and service departments.

As a matter of fact, Tesla made the Top 10 favorite brands for LGBTQ. Right up there with Trader Joe’s and Trojans.

So quick? Plaza is still battling the county over tax assessments so they don't have to quadruple everyone's rent.
