No Small Order For Kansas City Restaurant Biz: Single-Payer Help Wanted In 2020

Turns out that social media hype and the fickle tastebuds of hipsters isn't enough to sustain Kansas City foodies . . . Just a dash of socialism is needed to turn a profit . . . Here's special word in local public radio report that contradicts supply side economic theory and savors the progressive narrative:

A Top Restaurateur Thinks Single-Payer Health Care Could Boost His Bottom Line

Last winter, James Mark was a 2018 James Beard Award finalist. A few months later, both GQ and Bon App├ętit magazines ranked Big King, Mark's newest Rhode Island restaurant, as one of the country's best places to eat.

James Mark is out of his freaking mind. If he thinks Obama style care was so great has he looked at how it would have really hurt him over what he claims he is paying out now? He does what he does for whatever reason. He could demand some employee participation but he does not but wow is he fast to get with the media and bitch about it. I might feel semi sorry for him if he really opened his books and proved what he was saying it's all costing him here. If he is only paying himself 35K a year maybe he needs to make a career change to improve his life style.

Lets talk about Obama the freaking terrorist of America!!! I have a small business that has been in business for years and Obama the job killing prick almost cost me my business. I HATE Obama and I HATE what that dirty prick did to our country. He put just about the entire town out of business. Glad Trump came in and found the magic wand. Obama deliberately put this country out of work. Hate his black ass kids and his angry American hating UGLY wife.

He is a Fucking idiot if he thinks his personal bottom line would benefit from single payer. His taxes would negate any profits so that he would end up making the SAME as his employees. AND why the hell is KCUR talking about some restaurateur from Rhode Island?

When the US had 70% tax rates and even the middle class had 45% marginal rates there were probably less than 25% of the restaurants we have today. Single payer insurance would bring back those tax rates. Only Bernie will admit it though.
