KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, police are searching for a missing 12-year-old Kansas City girl. Laji Stephens was last seen at 4:22 p.m. Monday getting off a school bus near East 70th Street and Olive Avenue in Kansas City. She wore a purple coat, blue jeans, brown boots and carried a panda backpack, according to police.
