"Avoid 18th & Central Ave, KCK. 3 firetrucks, EMS, excavator, dozens of 1st responders, residents/spectators. Van hit gas line to multiple businesses on north side of Central. Can smell mercaptan in air. Block closed off. Traffic backed a bit."
