Kansas City prepares for citywide trash services

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, will soon do away with contracted trash-collection services and assume those responsibilities citywide. Discussions occurred at this time last year regarding the city taking over trash collection in the Northland and south Kansas City.

What you will get is shitty service that goes up in cost every six months because it's also a way for the city to use the money to cover crap like ballparks in the downtown area.
