  4. It was a shill game and the KC City Council members were too stupid to realize it was a shill game. KC gets what it deserves.

  5. In the long run the neighbors are going to get fucked on this one. McGonigle has already shown what he's all about $$$$$$$$$.

  6. McGonigles knew they were pulling a scam and the approval should be rescinded based on fraud by Mike McGonigle. But I doubt it will be as is either side of the issue wanting a huge legal battle over it. Just another shady real estate deal where big business will win and the neighborhood loses. Mike's claims of making sure his customers and his people were well taken care of sounds so false when it appears all he was really looking at was how much cash he could put into his pocket. Fareway Meat and Grocery is not operated like McGonigles was and never will be. Another mom and pop business bites the dust.

  7. ^^Unless you can prove what you just said, you can and should be sued for libel & slander. You may want to ask Tony how that works. Hope he sees this!
