KCPD identifies victim found at 9th and Hardesty earlier this month

After a body was found Sunday, Feb. 2 in a homeless camp, Kansas City Police today identified the individual as 31-year-old Derrick Wallace. Officers were dispatched to the area of 9th and Hardesty at 7:30 a.m. that morning and found a body in a homeless camp that had been burned.
