  2. Surprisingly decent post from Bill. Those that demand a literal translation of the bible, and of the levitical rules that prohibit tattoos, would do themselves a service by reading the rest of those rules. I hope that they avoid the unclean animals (no pork), send their wives away when they are on thier periods, dress themselves in ashcloth when they mourn, and a number of other requirements. These rules all exist within the same chapters that appear to prohit tattoos, and enforcing some but not all would be the height of hypocrisy.

  5. There are exceptions , but it seems like the number of tattoos one has inked on to their body is inversely proportional to that person's ability to actually afford them.

  6. prior to the health department there was the bible. It is not all about moral obligations, some are survival health tips like staying away from the dangers of uncooked pork and infections of tattoos.
