'Why Are We So Angry?': KC Mothers in Charge starts neighborhood outreach program to stop violence in a real way

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- KC Mothers in Charge is taking a new approach to take down violence in the metro. The neighborhood outreach project is a question called, 'Why Are We So Angry?' "It starts way before it gets to a homicide," Executive Director of KC Mothers in Charge Rosilyn Temple said.

  5. The only way to get this changed is to go to the voting polls and vote out your current administration. The only problem is, there hasn't been any candidates for years. So the problem continues and standing outside with signs is not going to do anything. Unfortunately crime is not punished in KC. Pizza parties are in.
