    One can eat dairy products with sweet fruits, starchy vegetables and whole grains.

    Dairy should never be consumed with:

    Meat or fish
    Yeast breads
    Salt
    Yogurt
    Sour fruits
    Nuts

  4. ya see in traditional cuisines, combination of foods is just as important as the nutritional value of the individual items of foods. Do you think a turkey stuffed with a log of cheddar cheese is something your intestine likes to digest? America is the land of the outrageously bastardized and 1/2 assed, that goes for cuisine as well.
