What a freaking joke. He totally screwed KC and now he'll work on finishing off Jackson County.

Just two years?
So you'd have to guess that that's about how long it will take him to vest in the county retirement plan and then hit the road, leaving a debt-driven mess like he did to the clowns across the street.
Maybe he could try for a school superintendent job next!
He sure has those grifter skills.

KC has a D financial rating thanks to mismanagement by Schulte and now
he will do the same to Jackson County.

This guy could be sued up his fat ass for negligence and fraud but of course that wouldn't be the Kansas City Nice thing to do.

Go ahead fire me. I'll sleep better and make more money somewhere else.

He'll fuck up things in this city worse then they already are. That's a guarantee. Then walk away with his fat stash of cash at some point and won't even say thanks and claim he did great work for the county. Probably get offered a new job.. Wickham, James, and Schulte.

He's a brilliant thief. Keeps his mouth shut and remains low profile and behind the scenes and rakes in wheel barrels of the green. Nice gig if you can get it. Crooks and cons admire this type of guy.
