Politicos often speak of partnerships but on local streets a crackdown from on high might result in tougher tactics for denizens of the urban core. Still, the reinforcements are welcomed by many who have watched the level of KC violence continually escalate for years.

ReplyDeleteSomebody has to take charge because nobody in kc is smart enough. The popo are smart to take as much money as they can without doing anything. The feds are the only ones that will do what’s needed and that’s for sure.
ReplyDeleteState control of KC's Police Department resulted from uncontrolled crime, and it appears to have helped.
ReplyDeletePerhaps State control of Law Enforcement and Prosecution is the answer.
