Somebody has to take charge because nobody in kc is smart enough. The popo are smart to take as much money as they can without doing anything. The feds are the only ones that will do what’s needed and that’s for sure.

State control of KC's Police Department resulted from uncontrolled crime, and it appears to have helped.

Perhaps State control of Law Enforcement and Prosecution is the answer.
