For years Kansas City leaders have promised to deal with the vast array of vacants that inundate local neighborhoods. Here's a tacit admission that those efforts have FAILED. Take a look:

Indian Mound neighborhood addresses abandoned properties

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Squatters can take refuge in abandoned properties, sometimes setting damaging fires during colder months. Residents in one Kansas City neighborhood are trying to alleviate the issue. The Indian Mound Neighborhood Association has begun recruiting families to fix up the properties and live in them.

  2. ^^^^ better yet, build concrete apartment buildings just like Germany and Russia built for their people, they were smart enough to know that section ape people couldn’t destroy them. And they’re bullet proof so when they get high on pcp and start shooting the bullets can’t go through the walls.
