I saw the Buck O'Neil proposals on Twitter. The west side scenario makes the most sense to me and would keep traffic flowing well. Not having the stop on Broadway would be a nice change for Northbound traffic.

Inaccurate headline, Winter IS already here. It has been since December 22, 2019. Maybe the headline should be "Snow and Ice coming, so cuddle up with Candice to stay warm".
