A shame that Kansas City was unwilling to put a tenth of the amount that was wasted on the Streetcar or on Tourist Hotel's Parking Garage, or one two-hundredth of what has been spent already on the "Jazz" Museum, into creating a venue for such an important part of our Nation's History. Especially since it was one of the few things in Kansas City that existed nowhere else in the Country!
