Kansas City records it's second murder today as a chaotic gunfire scene inspired police to calm residents via social media.

"A man showed up to a carwash at 44th and Prospect saying he'd been shot. He died at the scene. At the same time, police got called to another shooting very close by at 44th & Park. Victim had non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Shootings were NOT RELATED."
