Jury makes surprising statement after double murder verdict in Wyandotte County

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- The acquittal of a man charged with the double murder of a Wyandotte County woman and her unborn baby is raising questions about how the district attorney's office handled the case. In a rare move, the jury made a statement, on the record, that they regretted having to find the defendant not guilty.

I'd be curious if this is the same Darrell Smith that was at the Johnson County DA's office many years ago.

If it is someone should do a little digging, who knows, if it is the same, might find a similar pattern. I bet Chief Z knows the answer. Or Paul Morrison, Steve Howe might know as well

Again, only if this is the same D. Smith

Dupree is almost as bad as Jean Petersucker Baker but he has an obvious excuse.

^^^^ he got the job handed to him because he was black, not because he is good at his job, turns out he’s worse then they expected and can’t do anything about it or he’ll play the race card for big money.

Not guilty. Good.
Now I have a date for Saturday night.

Nothing with that picture that makes him look or seem guilty. He seems like the type of guy you would want as a neighbor.

Not the same Darrell Smith at Johnson County DA's office.

This Darrell Smith is a 2018 graduate of UMKC Law School.

Wyandotte County is one of the most corrupt places on earth. The people in power run it like a fiefdom and lord over the little people.
