Fairway mortgage loan officer Lynn Devine aka Patricia lynn Devine should be added to the list of scammers.

Lynn Devine enjoys the good life through alleged mortgage fraud schemes.

Lynn Devine and partner's should appear on a segment of American greed..

allegedly Lynn Devine with her creative math skills sold mortgage loans on unsuspecting borrowers homes to multiple banks on the same day
On the same homes for months allegedly.

The scheme allowed Lynn Devine to allegedly sell mortgage loans using fabricated realestate contracts that were rejected to make up false loan applications using forged signatures to sell loans to larger banks allegedly.

Lynn Devine would do this allegedly ahead of the borrower contacting her for a loan after receiving realestate contract from agent.

Allegedly getting jump start on loan process after agents steered borrowers to her.

Lynn Devine allegedly falsified information thru veterans administration computers to generate multiple valuable va loans to sell to affiliate banks that ended up in Ginnie Mae loan pools under altered addresses on homes using borrowers credit and names.

Multiple disbursements for fake loans paid out allegedly.

Thus allowing bigger banks to fabricate defaults and cash in on face value of the loans allegedly up on the millions of dollars.

Lynn Devine Fairway mortgage loan officer wow!!!
