PLATTE COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -- The former owner of Rockstar Burgers was back in court Tuesday morning. Brian Smith faces charges in Platte County for second-degree domestic assault for allegedly pistol-whipping a former girlfriend. Kansas City police raided the building where Smith worked.
Keep in mind that this Bad Ass is the guy who broke into his ex-girlfriend's place with a pistol, slapped her upside the head with it while she was asleep, then proceeded (while still holding a pistol,) to get his ass kicked around the room by her current boyfriend who had been sleeping beside her!
