  1. I was in a Prairie Village store today and a lady said they’d already cancelled plans to dine out tonight...it was still a balmy, warm temp and not a drop of rain had fallen yet.

    98.1 had already activated “Operation Storm Watch” because it was cloudy (I guess).

    Grocery stores aside, KC weather media are retail business killers.
