His decisions have cost the County hundreds of millions and the courthouse now stands on the precipice of bankruptcy. He has lost control of COMBAT during his tenure and even Jackson County Democrats have turned their back on him.
He has alienated everyone doing business with the Courthouse and there are some people who think fondly of his predecessor Mike Sanders -- A guy who just got out of the Federal pen!!!
The bar was exceptionally low for Frank White and he still couldn't live up to expectations.
He has made a disaster of his office and inspired changes that will negatively impact municipal government far into the future and beyond his tenure.

whites would allegedly receive commissions before loans closed..
Lots of folks discovered the whites allegedly would use realestate sales contracts from homes that buyers didn't purchase home.
Allegedly contracts would be given to loan officers to use in Major mortgage loan schemes..
Folks discovered allegedly many of these bogus contracts were given to loan officers that Ronda white had steered unsuspecting borrowers to allowing loan officers to set up and forge mortgage documents with names of home buyers.
Switching terms and stealing closing cost then adding them back into loans allegedly.
In some case this was consummated ahead of home buyers knowledge of lender after whites passed contracts to them.
Allegedly to sell bogus loans to the federal government for reimbursement. Allegedly contract offers were used in alleged schemes.
Whites records show a low number of homes sold but owing lots of taxes behind these super commissions.
Bill white alleged also made up bogus company along with local tv celebrity judge of couples court to pass to bank for bogus loans using former realtor from his office. A lot of folks milk ain't clean....
Whites home in and out of foreclosure but puts up big front.
Folks believe these loans and alleged fraud being protected.
Based on Missouri realestate commission William aka bill white has a super questionable record from alleged threats to another realtor for taking over a listing
To offering a j.c. penny gift card to guy to refinance his home allegedly thru one the sharks the whites use to finance mortgage loans.
Living the lifestyle of the rich and famous..but allegedly notorious records at the Missouri realestate commission.
The whites featured on hgtv. House hunters, should be on an American greed segment.
