TKC HISTORY!!! KANSAS CITY POLITICOS BOTH CONSERVATIVE & PROGRESSIVE SHOULD DEBUNK THREATS OF CIVIL WAR OVER PREZ TRUMP IMPEACHMENT!!!
This is Kansas City and there are nearly endless ways to get shot in this dirty, little town.
After all, 143 people have been murdered so far this year in KCMO and most of them by way of the gun.
Unfortunately, the political blather on cable TV news MIGHT NOW be another shooting danger in this cowtown and across a nation armed to the teeth with enough guns for every man, woman and rugrat.
Here's quick survey of the real threat from people getting too carried away with the news cycle:
Newweek: Majority of Likely Voters Say Trump's Impeachment, Removal Will Lead to Violence, Poll Finds
The Hill: Trump supporter says his removal could lead to the 'second Civil War'
MSNBC: Multiple Republicans have recently threatened the possibility of civil war in the United States when political outcomes have not gone their way, some even suggesting Donald Trump’s impeachment could spark a ‘civil war.’
Accordingly, and at the risk of giving readers a peek behind the curtain of every "journalist" in America . . .
NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE A BULLET FOR GAME SHOW PREZ TRUMP!!!
The real danger here is that this kind of tough talk could inspire people who are already unhinged or suffering mental health challenges to harm innocent people taking part in a mostly pointless political debate.
This is why we share pix of hotties and other silly stuff in order to relieve a bit of tension and prevent locals from taking political issues or themselves too seriously.
Accordingly, here's a good faith interlude . . .
Politicos in Missouri & Kansas on both sides of the aisle would do us all a favor by ramping down their rhetoric but that would risk diminishing the illusion of their importance in the grand scheme of things wherein people really care about gossip, big butts and celebrities on their phone far more than any issue related to voting or Democracy.
Don't get it twisted, we don't want to play the philistine skeptic on this issue . . . And so we offer a quick word from a comment favorite who makes a brilliant allusion to a nobler time in American history and also warns of rising American Conservative discontent.
Here's the best passage from a note sent our way . . .
Chuck: No Great Compromise
The irredentist cultural imperialism of newly minted immigration policies, resulting in dramatic demographic changes, in conjunction with the unholy alliance of the Deep State and the Main Stream Media, have emboldened the third arm of the "Triumvirate" The DNC, to initiate the Impeachment of a sitting United States President for their subjective take on the meaning of a phone call. Astonishing.
Hypocritical Democrats, wrapping themselves in the Constitution, while seeking the mitigation and removal of the 1st and 2nd Amendments (For Starters). The executive branch of government can only operate at the whim and caprice of the Democrat Legislative majority, or, Impeachment!
It is easy, for many of us to hear the speeches given by obtuse, belligerently ignorant, interstitial intellects like Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff and snicker up our sleeves at the over the top "Baghdad Bob" gas lighting and outright mendacity in the face of objective reality. That would be a mistake. It's not that they are not liars, they are. It's not that they will get Trump removed from office, they won't. It's not that Trump will not be reelected in 2020, he will.
This is all about the penultimate 2024 election, prior to the coda of the inevitable coming conflict at arms.
There are folks, working against the American people in the DNC, the Deep State and the Main Stream Media, that are orders of magnitude smarter we are, who, everyday do nothing but plot and plan to acquire more power, money and sinecure at the expense of the middle class. Satisfied, lumpen liberals, sitting in front of their Korean 42" TVs, chowing down on Micky D's by way of their Government Cheese Check are going to, with the help of entrenched, progressive SJW's outnumber and outvote their way, into a new bread and circus America that will be out of toilet paper faster than you can say 2024.
Enjoy the next 5 years, it is your last hurrah before the build up to the next Civil War.
##########
Now . . .
This is a thoughtful and unique spin but, essentially, it's still a classic bit of keyboard warrior logic:
"VOTE MY WAY OR DIE!!!"
No thanks.
Fact is, the current impeachment drama is built into the Constitution along with the HIGHLY UNLIKELY prospect of Prez Trump's removal and ensuing acquittal by the Senate.
And yet, as Chuck notes, in the big picture, very little of this endless circus has garnered more attention from the American public than some of the better movies on Netflix.
Through our time blogging we've found that politics and the vast majority of American history is nothing more than a series of thinly veiled threats and empty promises intended to sway the masses and every so often spark worthwhile satire.
Brief aside, how cool is it that the Prez loves exclamation points nearly as much as this blog??? All of my old English teachers can suck it. But I digress . . .
As President Trump is now impeached, we throw all of this back to our blog community, politicos and any grousing rebels reading this blog tonight . . .
SPARE US THE THREAT OF POLITICAL VIOLENCE ON BEHALF OF PREZ TRUMP GIVEN THAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T VOTE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS EURO TRASH PHONE CALL DRAMA OR SOME RICH, WHITE GUY'S TELEVISION CAREER!!!
Accordingly, here's tonight's semi-historic news blast . . .

ReplyDeleteBetter title, a night for tweets!
DeleteLULZ! ^^^
DeleteNormally I would agree with you but I don't think there will be this same kind of threatening language when the Senate acquits President Trump.
ReplyDeleteIf all things were equal then we'd see the liberals make the same language.
I wouldn't call the people making threats "Conservative" per se. They're just angry and a lot of things and the treatment of the President is just one of their issues.

ReplyDeleteFOUR.
MORE.
YEARS.
I really liked what Chuck wrote. He's far more eloquent and a much better writer than TKC. Don't over-edit him. It sounds like he was the one who really had the unique perspective on this historic night.
ReplyDelete^^^ +1
DeleteTLDR.
ReplyDeleteThe impeachment and ensuing acquittal might be the greatest Christmas gift the Democratic Party has ever given to the President.
ReplyDeleteAnybody ever seen the movie “the mouse that roared”?
ReplyDeleteThat’s what Congress is doing
Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives have officially impeached the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, over an interpretation of a 30-minute phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Tony's sense of humor, offsets my morose and gloomy expectations for our near future. It's a "good thing".
ReplyDeleteIf indeed the lights go out, all over America, then we will look back on these days as a time when we, fooled ourselves with a fantasy and a trick of fame whilst riding into the guns that were trained on us all, this very day.
We may as well stay in good humor on our trip through the Progressive graveyard.
Thanks for the positive and negative comments, all.
Don't worry chuck, we're all hoping you'll be dead before our next civil war happens and you should too.
DeleteLove live Chuck!!! I may not agree with all of his points but there is no doubt that he's thinking about this stuff when most people are content to have their news spoon fed to them.
DeleteCould you do your ass kissing of chuck in private, Greedo? Your nose is so brown we could call you "nigger."
DeleteThanks.
Where are the mad as Hell, spineless Republicans out in the streets starting that Civil War? Yeah. Thought so. Chickenshit cucks. What a bunch of feckless pansies...
ReplyDeleteChuck, I thought your words were excellent. It think you get across the seriousness of this situation. It is historic, it is a sad day for this country.
ReplyDeletePeelousy is now refusing to send the articles of impeachment to the senate, somebody called this shot last week I think, this might not go anywhere now.
ReplyDeleteGoodbye Trump.
ReplyDeleteGoodbye GOP.
The pink wave is here to clean up what the blue wave couldn't take care of. You cannot legislate against women and take control of their bodies and expect them to vote for you. The dictatorship is over and this is a beginning of real democracy.
You are too ignorant to understand what a real dictatorship is, or how little an impact this Dem conniption will have.
Delete^^^ Shut up bitch.
ReplyDelete^^^^^^ Uncalled for.
ReplyDelete(lulz)
America's "Cold Civil War" started the day Obama took office, with partisanship replacing the American tradition of political compromise. Trump is just another facet of that trend.
ReplyDeleteBoth Political Parties are owned and serve the same group of Wealthy Individuals, Families and Power Brokers. It will be years before we discover just what changes in the Nation's Economic Structure have been taking place while our attention has been directed to the trivialities of "Politics".
The real struggle is between Capitalism and the ever-growing tide of Populism, as the people of this Country struggle to catch up to the rest of the Developed World.
Barak Obama was an aberration in that he sprang from a populist movement and was not a hanger-on from the fringes of the Wealthy as almost all of his recent predecessors had been, but that stasis has been restored with Trump.
Prepare yourselves for another four years of ineffectuality, no matter what the results of the coming election are.
More fake news. Liberal media making up stories about violent republicans............go figure.
ReplyDeleteThe video has the guy making threats at a rally and wearing his dumb little baseball cap. Sorry that your side is nothing but thugs. Do better. Why don't you tell us that you're as harmless as a beautify butterfly.
DeleteIt all starts with you snowflake.
Staged
DeletePelosi should go home and shovel some shit off her streets.
ReplyDeleteCivil war talk stupid we all want free shit like social security Medicare military pensions etc and other imperial benefits
ReplyDeleteAre the Democrats going to blame trumps re election on Russian interference or something in the 2016 election??
-Radish
The Republicans are on the record talking about civil war, Trump to. was that staged as well?

9:26 Makes some great points. Republicans are neck deep in the swamp too. Lindsey Graham is scrambling to protect information that he too, was the beneficiary of kick backs from Ukraine.

The reason Trump is so, so very suspicious of Foreign Aid, is because tax payer money, goes to "X" country and then, the politicians in "X" country, filter part of it back to the American politicians, both Republican and Democrat, who vote to continue the aid. It is returned, into campaigns, by way of free stuff, flights, vacations and under the table by way of..., you know..., getting your kid a MILLION DOLLAR NO SHOW JOB WORKING FOR A UKRAINIAN ENERGY COMPANY.
Trump is an existential threat to the status quo.
Pelosi is worth $90,000,000.00 on a government job. ALL OF THESE POLITICIANS WITH FEW EXCEPTIONS ARE CORRUPT AS FUCK. Vampires who suck the life out of the middle class while pretending to be altruistic, intrepid, Mr. Smith-goes-to-Washington saviors.
Always, follow the money.
Trump 2020 - The first ever President to be impeached and then more than likey get re-elected, no one said draining the swamp was going to be easy, but in Trumps next 4.5 years it will get done and fast, just as fast as how Trump has done almost everything he has promised when was campaigning to get the job of President. Democrates - the people you elected to represent you have once again let you down, and you have no idea just how much - stay tuned in the next 4.5 years you will get woke in ways you never imagined!!!
ReplyDeleteNancy & Company (along with their phony black "we are somber" dress code, just got Trump re-elected and are too stupid to even realize it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a bunch of dumb-asses.
Hey Nancy, I hear you won't even send your fake-ass parchment to the Senate. Guess you really believe in your case huh?
ReplyDeleteGo home and sweep up the needles from the streets and pick up the crap on the sidewalks, then call me - we'll do lunch.
I really detested what Chuck wrote. He's incomprehensibly obtuse and not much of a better writer than my dog. You could edit his passage down to one word: oogheah. It sounds like he copied his lunatic perspective from a mix of Alex Jones on acid, Peter Marshall on amphetamines and, naturally, Fox News on blast.
ReplyDeleteTony it must be a fabulous life you've got working with all the local crackpots.
Having no arguments leads to anger, I see.
DeleteIt'd be one thing if chuck had an actual argument but all he has are his same old crazy conspiracy theories wrapped up in thesaurus.com.
DeleteHonestly, what are you guys going to do when President Trump loses the election? Sounds like a lot of you might need therapy or something. It's a Democracy. It doesn't really look like he will get as many votes as last time around. He pissed off way too many people.
ReplyDeleteYang lol
DeleteI don't know who is going to win the super bowl but I'm betting money that Trump is reelected.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm a Democrat.
To bad that our party can hurt itself worse than any opposition.
What do yo mean "BOTH CONSERVATIVE & PROGRESSIVE" there's only one group threatening civil war and it ain't the left. Mater of fact it's always the right threatening violence when they don't get what they want
ReplyDeleteA stroke killed Luke Perry at age 52, Nancy, Chuck, Nadler and Shiff we can only hope that happens to you sooner than later! Not all strokes are fatal but in Lukes case it was, but thats only because only the good die young. Nancy, Chuck, Nadler, and Shiff you fucks are old, your days are numbered because of your age, once you are gone - The United States of America can start to heal from the damage you have done to our country. All 4 of you will burn in hell, and upon your arrivial I hope Satin turns up the heat.
ReplyDeleteWhy the hell would liberals or leftist be out in the streets over Trump being impeached? And chuck is just doing what conservatives do best, project their fears and desires on everyone else. Oh, the Senate not impeaching Trump is not an acquittal they just have to wait for him to not be president then indict
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteHillary 2020!
Nick is doing his best Adam Schiff imitation. You are lying of course Nick, but, you are going to have to spend three years, day and night in front of the cameras to get in the ballpark.

Thats just SOME of the violence since June of 2016.
But sure, us old conservatives are a threat to your safe space and you feel "triggered" by my comments.
Suck it up pussy.
ReplyDeletetrue..people are now far too concerned with "big butts"..America needs to return to caring about nice peachy butts..rather than the Kardashian huge bubble butt craze
"I can hear the cuckoo singing in the cuckoo berry tree"
ReplyDeleteHowever, I do agree with Chuck that some right wing terrorists will probably kill some people.
^^^ byron you traitor. Do not wish harm upon others.
DeleteHm, Bernie bro shooting up Republican lawmakers at baseball game. Democrat staffer doxxing Republican senators home addresses so that their families can be intimidated. Democrat ambushing Rand Paul. Former AG Holder urging Dems to "kick 'em". Maxine Waters urging Dems to "get in their faces." But GOP is party of Civil War?
ReplyDelete^^^^ They're the ones who keep mentioning it. Just like the President. And let's not forget that all of the extremist killings in the US in 2018 had links to right-wing extremism.
ReplyDeleteWeird.
And yet the Democrats are the ones who keep saying the Republicans are pushing it. Really Weird.
ReplyDeleteTony, YOU ARE DOING A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF PUSHING VIOLENCE AND HATE YOURSELF. You really think we will be better off with a Commie President? Don't be a sucker...they won't do anything for you.
ReplyDeleteImpeach Cleaver. He has shown that he thinks you all are fools!
ReplyDelete3:24...and yet they didn't, as 3:12 pointed out.
ReplyDeleteTrump finally gives us the Democrats empty promise of Hope and Change and all they can do is bitch.
ReplyDeleteMAGA
Chuck is one of those baby boomers who (before the advent of the internet) could most days be found in an overstuffed room in his home mimeographing hysterical screeds. These would later be passed out by his own hands to anyone he could buttonhole, poor bastards.
ReplyDeleteIn other words...he's a crank, his ideas the impotent fantasies of someone who has lived on the margins his whole life.
