Officer fires at home intruder Kansas City police said an officer fired his gun at an intruder inside his home Monday morning.Police said the off-duty officer radioed for help at 2:30 a.m. The officer reported he was alone inside his home on St. John Avenue, when he heard an intruder downstairs.

So let me get this straight....The police officer said he fired shots but doesn't know if he hit the intruder, so he's a cop and the guy was in his home but he doesn't know if he hit him or not, but yet he saw him. No talk of blood inside or outside. Either this is a bogus story or the cop and the reporters are really bad at putting information out there.
