Wyandotte County District Attorney draws challenger concerned with how office is run

Kristiane Bryant, a Kansas City, Kansas resident and assistant Jackson County prosecutor, has filed to run for Wyandotte County District Attorney in 2020. The seat is currently held by Mark Dupree. Submitted Kristiane Bryant, an assistant prosecuting attorney in Jackson County, has filed to run as a Democrat for Wyandotte County District Attorney, citing concerns about the office.

  1. If she is an assistant Jackson County prosecutor, she has to be worthless. Anyone who works for Jean Petersucker Baker has to be committed to coddling violent criminals, and is a terrible, weak-dick prosecutor. That said, anyone would be better than DuPree.

  4. Yes, the DA’s office in Wyandotte County is awful. I dont’ know who this woman is but almost anything would be welcome. I have to be in this funky court this week dealing with prosecutors who leave a lot to be desired.
