JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - A bipartisan trio of legislators from both chambers of the General Assembly have teamed up to tackle " HIV decriminalization " with similar bills. They now have drugs that claim anyone with HIV can live forever, but just like Cancer still claim they dont have a cure.... Next time you have some cash in your possesion - smell it, it smells like shit! All greed and evil comes from money and power! BTW HIV has mutated and what they are saying is it could be drug resistant like MRSA. If you have a spreadable disease like Herpies or HIV, and have sex with someone without prior informing them - your nasty ass should go to jail!
