The man accused of killing two Cass County women almost a decade apart filed a motion to request physical evidence to be retested, according to court records.Attorneys for Kylr Yust asked the state of Missouri to provide his defense team with the skeletal remains of both Kara Kopetsky and Jessica Runions.
