Assessment report gives KCPD recommendations to reduce violent crime
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- A ten-page document outlines recommendations for Kansas City's Police Department's homicide unit. "There wasn't anything in particular that drove this, but we're always trying to do everything that we can to assess our units and do everything we can to better our abilities to provide the best investigative experience to the community," Captain Tim Hernandez with the Kansas City Police Department said.
Year after year, funding mechanism after funding mechanism KCPD always has a plan... that fails year after year after decades... remember shotspotter? Lmao
ReplyDeleteOur political leaders won’t even admit who the problem is.
ReplyDelete^^^You. You are the problem. Feel better?
ReplyDeleteWait, what? I thought it was microaggression, colonialism, and Confederate statues.
DeleteHow about families staying together, not having kids you can't support, denouncing criminal culture - not celebrate it, shit like that works for everyone else. Why can't it work for black folks?
ReplyDeleteHow about solving your own problems 8:29pm? I know you've got them. Everybody does. What needs to stop is the culture of judgement. Black people think they have everybody else's problems figured out based on their own beliefs. People are not cookie cutter although White Supremacy suggests that is all Blackness is. Just let it go. Help people where they are.
ReplyDeleteLOL ten page document.
ReplyDeleteSo no KCPS graduate can read it?
DeleteYou need to be armed in Sly's Psycho City.
ReplyDeleteIf not just hope for the best and good luck.
I like our current plan for reducing crime—letting the ghetto hood rats shoot each other.

ReplyDeleteRE: A ten-page document outlines recommendations for Kansas City's Police Department's homicide unit.
ReplyDeleteWas it a blue-ribbon commission?
Made up of a diverse mix of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual preference, and socioeconomic status?
Were all stakeholders consulted?
Oh! Well then...
Recommendations are like assholes, everybody has one.
ReplyDeleteEverything ends up in the toilet but hey, the popo need to look like they’re trying....... once a year for raise purposes.
More KCPD failures.
ReplyDeletePut a cop on every corner the only thing that will go down is responce time.
ReplyDeleteKCPD cant prevent murders but they can stop and frisk and do car stops to get guns off the street and potentially match a murder weapon or two. KCPD can't solve all murders bu they can disband specialty units and put more officers on the street building relations with the community. KCPD can't do this and cant do that but they can rethink their priorities. Case in point, this weekend I saw KCPD running radar on 71 hwy when during the overnight a pedestrian was struck and killed on Independence Avenue. Wouldn't you think that would be traffic unit's mission the next day? KCPD is just a bunch of spoiled frat boys who are just collecting a check. FOH
ReplyDeleteMore promotions, hire less people and close the jail. That will solve everything
ReplyDeleteLet’s say the murder rate drops to zero. It’s not in the cops best interest, no more federal funds to”fight crime”. Lay off about three quarters of the cops then the rest of the pricks can actually see what it’s like to have a job where you actually have to fix something build something create something for a living rather than writing soccer moms tickets for rolling stops
