Depression brought on by the realization that you've been lied to, duped and raped by the Republican Party can be a bitch, I guess.

Sonny Perdue, Trump Ag Sec said...

"I had a farmer tell me this in Pennsylvania, what do you call two farmers in a basement?

A whine cellar."

It is Trump's policies wreaking rural America, but Trump makes fun of people with dumb sounding southern accents and his people yuck it up at the farmers' expense.

Farmers facing record bankruptcies and collapsing incomes due to President Donald Trump's escalating trade war with China were not amused by U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue's joke about their economic pain during an event in Minnesota.

Some laughed at the agriculture secretary's joke, but other farmers booed and denounced Perdue's wisecrack as callous and tone-deaf mockery of the real hardship caused by the Trump administration's trade policies.

Only 4 comments? 3 echoing the complaints about Trump's crappy agriculture policies.

Apparently, TKC's conservative commenters don't care about farmers and rural votes either.
